This position reports to IS Service Owner Your role and responsibilities In this role, you will have the opportunity to bridge the gap between the technical environment and the business. Each day, you will use data analytics to assess processes and outline problems, opportunities, and solutions, to support decisions for new or changed Information Systems (IS) solutions or services. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting constantly in the continual service improvement process. The work model for the role is: #Hybrid #Remote This role is contributing to the global IS Services. You will be mainly accountable for: 1. Performs Business Analysis for a segment of an organization, contributing technical and business process/data expertise to support ongoing operations or projects. 2. Functionally defines solutions fulfilling customer requirements leveraging best practices. 3. Identifies and prioritizes functional requirements. 4. Selects, adopts, and adapts appropriate business analysis methods, tools, and techniques. 5. Collaborates with Service Owner and IS Domain Owner in the definition of costs and estimates efforts with Solution Architect for IS solution/services development, change requests and releases. 6. Collects and translates requirements for projects and changes into specifications. 7. Supports and engages ABB Business/Function as Product Owner in the qualification of the business request for assigned service. 8. Engages with business leaders, consumers, and customers to understand how changes to process, products, services, software, and hardware can improve efficiencies and add value, while balancing these ideas with what’s feasible technologically and financially, and functionally reasonable. 9. Negotiates with stakeholders to manage competing priorities and conflicts. 10. Keeps frequent alignment meetings with Business consumer, Process and Product Owner. Qualifications For The Role 1. You should have 3-5+ years of experience in Business/Functional Analyst or Product/Project Manager role. IT background or equivalent in work environment. 2. You must have fluent English communication both in speaking and writing with technical wording. 3. You must have excellent communication skills that will help you in work both with business users and technical developers. You should have the ability to explain technical details. 4.
