Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced remote Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of web applications, including Node, Express, Koa, React, and Next.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain web applications using Node, Express, Koa, React, and Next.
- Handle a range of projects, from small bug fixes to large-scale feature implementations.
- Collaborate with other engineers and designers to develop new features.
- Review and enhance existing code.
- Mentor and support junior engineers.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Over 5 years of experience as a software engineer.
- Experience working with remote teams.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript libraries and web applications.
- Experience with scheduling systems and/or payment systems is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
- Availability to work core hours of 9am - 12pm Pacific Time.
- Proficiency in spoken and written English.
