The associate attorney will also assist with corporate and organizational workflow, including formations, capital raises, operational strategy, contract negotiations, and other day-to-day corporate matters. The successful candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in mergers & acquisitions and/or private equity in the healthcare industry. They should possess excellent oral communication, writing, research, and analytical skills. The ability to take ownership of projects, work effectively as part of a team, and communicate directly with clients and third-party advisors is also essential. Candidates must be admitted to the bar in the state in which they are applying, and outstanding academic credentials from an accredited law school are required.
