Sales Manager, Demand Partnerships

We are looking for a Sales Manager, Demand Partnerships to join ourgrowing team in Colombia. Our team is made up of energetic andresults-driven individuals that bring our media services and ad techproducts to the market each day - working with clients acrossagencies, in-house brand teams, and platform partners.

Whatyou'll do:

  • Manage a high volume of dailyprospect-to-client meetings
  • Define targetmarkets/verticals, prospect generation processes, and pipelines, anddocument interactions and follow-ups in Outreach and internal tools
  • Conduct virtual or in-person sales meetings with agenciesand advertisers
  • Execute the complete sales lifecycle ofpotential agreements
  • Collaborate with our marketing team tocreate custom auction packages for premium inventory and supportrevenue growth
  • Develop a deep understanding of theprogrammatic market and the Equativ - EBC platform's functioning
  • Articulate and address technical issues, creating solutions wherepossible
  • Operate and grow business with digital buyers andCTV in media agencies, trading desks, and direct advertisers
  • Sell Equativ's media solutions and promote the use of Equativ'sself-service buying tools
  • Build strong relationships withbuyers through regular meetings, calls, inventory reporting, andrecommendations
  • Ensure focus is maintained on goals thatwill have the greatest impact on demand business
  • Increaseawareness of our ad inventory offering and create a reputation ofexcellence for Equativ in the market
  • Who you are:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing
  • +5 years in digital sales, with a proven track record on thedemand side, especially among agencies and ATDs
  • Hands-onexperience working with Trading Desks, DSPs, DMPs, data providers, orother programmatic platforms
  • Sales-oriented, huntermentality, and focused on identifying new business opportunities,leveraging knowledge and credibility to change customer behavior andincrease revenue
  • Entrepreneurial spirit, creative andopen-minded, with expertise in identifying opportunities and strongnetworks on the demand side
  • Autonomous and entrepreneurialmindset.
