Short Term Rental Listing Specialist

Midtown Stays is looking for a Short Term Rental Listing Specialist. “(100% virtual) Join a fun and quickly expanding team of professionals helping property owners better manage their Airbnbs.”

The opening requires a native or fully fluent level of English.

Compensation: USD 4.5 - 7.5/hour.

Location: Remote (for Brazil, Colombia, Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Uruguay, Paraguay, Argentina, Chile, and Venezuela residents).

Skills: No experience, but interested in data analysis, Airbnb, and copywriting.

Responsibilities and more:

• Assisting in acquiring and reviewing all property information for properties we will manage.
• Create, update, and maintain property listings on multiple online platforms, such as Airbnb, VRBO, and Booking.com.
• Write compelling descriptions (Using AI) that highlight the unique features, amenities, and location of each property.
• Ensure accurate and up-to-date information on property availability, rates, and policies.
• Optimize listings to improve visibility, search rankings, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with property owners to gather accurate and comprehensive information about the amenities offered.
• Regularly update amenities to reflect any additions, modifications, or enhancements to the property amenities.
• Monitor booking trends, holidays, special events, and local demand to assist our revenue managers.
• Analyze booking data, guest feedback to identify untapped opportunities and address potential challenges.
