Job Description

Build the knowledge and capabilities of the Allergan Aesthetics organization at region north level through the successful development/delivery of brand, customer engagement and coaching training for all commercial roles. Ensure that Allergan Aesthetics team has the knowledge, skills development, and personal development required for successful performance in their positions, identifying the required needs at the individual and group level and taking action to meet them.

Major Responsabilities:

  • Facial brands (Juvederm, HArmonyCA and Botox) responsibility of all commercial roles in Region North.
  • Analysis:
    • Identification of training needs. Understanding the overall business at a country level and takes insights from different industry sources and data to make strong recommendations on training solutions and plans to leaders.
  • Design:
    • Working closely and consulting with stakeholders at a country level to build a robust strategic training plan that is in line with the business needs and maximizes resources from the International Training & Capabilities team. Working closely with the international training and capabilities team.
    • Contributes to the international strategic plan through sharing needs of the business, as well as driving the training strategy of Allergan Aesthetics.
    • Design and development of curricula, programs and materials where there are needs, with no aligned international solutions. Working with vendors where relevant.
  • Development:
    • Create tools and methodologies to carry out the training plan. Make use of global resources for what is required in terms of brand awareness, sales skills, and individual development.
    • Driving change in the organization through successfully implementing new training strategies, concepts and initiatives
  • Implementation:
    • Carry out the training plan, ensuring that knowledge reaches the target population in a timely and effective manner. Successful implementation of international training curricula, learner journeys, programs and materials, where relevant.
    • Support and embedment of Key Account Management across Allergan Aesthetics
  • Evaluation:
    • Measures all training initiatives through all levels of the Kirkpatrick’s evaluation to ensure that initiatives result in a positive change in behaviors as well as resulting in strong business outcomes. Runs specific knowledge and skills assessments throughout the year to continually measure the capabilities within the organization.
    • Develops specific follow-up plans with leaders.
  • Accompaniment:
    • Driving a coaching culture in leaders in the organization. Acts as a coach when required for Customer Facing Roles (Product Specialist, KAM).
    • Field visits to gain an understanding of strengths and gaps in the field force, to make strong recommendations for focused training.
  • Cross functional: Delivery of brand knowledge training in collaboration with Marketing and Medical colleagues. Working closely with Medical Affairs and Regulatory to ensure efficient and thorough approval of all brand materials

Qualifications

Education:

Professional in psychology, business administration, industrial engineering, or any training oriented to the social or human sciences, with certifications related to adult education and training, instructional design, and coaching.

Skills:

  • Understanding of latest training/learning methodologies, content development and delivery approaches.
  • Emotional intelligence and impactful engagement at multiple organizational levels.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, and fluency in English.
  • Excellent Training delivery skills including presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Demonstrates strong influencing and negotiating skills.
  • Coaching experience
  • English fluent

Experience:

  • Experience in commercial roles or training commercial roles such as Representative, Key Account Manager or Sales Manager.
  • At least 3 years of working in a training position.
