This position will play a vital part in communicating with referral partners, current and past clients, real estate agents, lenders, and underwriters to nurture relationships and develop new business. You will facilitate the completion of real estate loan applications, collect, analyze, and review supporting loan documentation in accordance with loan guidelines, and provide support throughout the loan application process. Essential Functions of the Role: • Help to Supervisor(s) at Company’s HQ (remote) with everything related with loans assigned. • Complete all milestones defined under LOS of the Company. • Attend and develop the process or task assigned by supervisors or managers. • Notify different doubts or concerns to correspondent person to be attended into effective manner. • Help LO’s with their loan configurations and follow up call for potential clients. • Help to LO’s with the revision of each conditions and follow up each of the loans assigned. • Maintain updated the project boards. • Guarantee fulfillment documents to be divulge and correctly resolved. • Guarantee that loans will be closing according to schedule. • Create a follow up procedure using a CRM or constant contact campaigns with clients. • Complete loan requests through LOS and contact clients requiring missing documents. • Obtain any missing loans related information. Essential Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills. • Highly motivated and goal-oriented with excellent customer service and communication skills • Ability to analyze and interpret data. • Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment. • Attention to detail, written and oral communication, multitasking and teamwork under tight deadlines. Experience/Education/Licensing Requirements: ▪ Bachelor's degree in Economic and Administrative sciences or related field. (Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, International Relations and Business, Accounting, Economy). ▪ Preferably one or more years of work experience in customer service and/or data analysis and interpretation. ▪ Bilingual 80% or More (B2, C1 - advanced English). ▪ Computer proficiency required including MS Office. Salary: Starts with COP$3.000.000 According to performance another increase would be applying.
