Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 09:00 AM - 06:00 PM (MST)

Join our dynamic company specializing in innovative signage solutions. We are currently seeking an Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support the efficient execution of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Municipal Code Research: Conduct thorough research on municipal codes to ensure compliance with local regulations for signage projects. Quote Creation: Assist in creating project quotes, considering client requirements, materials, and other relevant factors. Customer Follow-ups: Maintain effective communication with customers, providing updates and addressing inquiries throughout the project lifecycle. City Permitting: Facilitate the city permitting process, ensuring all necessary approvals are obtained in a timely manner. Installer Vetting: Identify and vet local installers to ensure the availability of reliable professionals for project implementation.

Requirements:

  • Project management experience (preferred).
  • 4-year college degree required (with exceptions).
  • Near-native English proficiency and exceptional communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with CRM and Project Management software (training provided).
  • Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator (basic knowledge preferred).
