How you will make impact:
This is an exciting and challenging role and represents a unique chance for an individual to contribute significantly to the business and reap the personal development rewards.
You will:

  • Manage the invoicing process: review timesheets, and generate and send the monthly invoices.
  • Manage account receivables: unblock pending payments with customers.
  • Manage employee onboarding with customers (credentials, background checks, laptops).
  • Onboarding of timesheet reports for new employees.
  • Arrange and reserve flights and accommodation for customer visits or team travel.
  • Provide support in drafting contracts for providers and/or contractors.
  • Data entry in customer portals with company information.
  • Submit reports and requirements (timesheets, Statement of Accounts, List of Active Resources, weekly updates, etc.)from clients on agreed dates.

You have:

  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Office 365 (Excel/Word).
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn new topics.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team to meet deadlines.
  • Analytical skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
