The role works with our clients to expand and accelerate value from their investment in the platform, by maximizing the usage of Bizagi's capabilities. This means working closely with the GTM team in LATAM to identify, mature and close ARR opportunities
This is achieved through positioning the role as a “trusted advisor” for the client. The CS works closely with the AE on strategic and major accounts along with Solution Consultants and Professional Services.
The CS holds the relationship with the client and is the “human face” of Bizagi. The CS will orchestrate the engagement between client and Bizagi and ensure that we mitigate risks through a proper governance and cadence of meetings.
Although the primary purpose is to identify and accelerate opportunities for the client to realize value from promoting platform utilization, the CS is not the salesperson and will not handle the commercials on opportunities. This is the role of the AE. Ultimately, the AE is responsible for winning and closing business, enabled, and supported by the CS.
Challenges and responsibilities:
• Client retention and account expansion through customer satisfaction and value
• Identifying opportunities within the breadth and depth of the client organization to expand from an enterprise perspective.
• Establishing the appropriate engagement cadence with the client organization, orchestrating this for all capabilities.
• Development of a roadmap with the client for ongoing delivery.
• Building and shaping the demand to deploy value chain within the client organizations.
• Managing and adhering to the CS journey stages.
• Advice on the automation factory / CoE within the client organization including the introduction of partners.
• Articulate an excellent understanding of each product and solution, and how our BPM Suite can be used to improve business performance.
• Independently create and deliver unique client presentations, skilled at leading verbal client presentations.
Requirements
• From 7 to 10 years of Consulting Experience at a senior level - mandatory
• knows business processes through their background in Industry
• Previous experience with large complex solution sales – Senior Presales lead
• Sales experience within the BPM or Enterprise Software marketplace
• Ability to grasp new concepts easily, and be able to present them in a simplified manner to clients and potential prospects
• Understand IT and BPM concepts is a must.
• Advanced level of english is mandatory
