Resposibilities:

- Client Interaction: Forge strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and translating them into compelling design solutions. Your expertise will guide them through the design process, ensuring their visions come to life.

- Collaborative Spirit: Work hand-in-hand with our product and engineering teams, fostering a harmonious environment where creativity meets technology. -- Your collaborative nature will be key in creating designs that are not only beautiful but functional.

- Risk Mitigation: Your role is crucial in navigating the four fundamental risks of product development: value, usability, feasibility, and viability. With your seasoned insight, you'll help ensure our designs are not just aesthetically pleasing but also user-friendly and, together with the team, collaborate on making it impactful, technically feasible, and commercially viable.

Requirements for this challenge:

- Speak fluent Spanish / advanced English

- You are a Senior UX/UI designer with a proven track record of delivering captivating user experiences.

- You have over 4 years of experience in the UX/UI field

- You have leaded projects from Beginning to end

- A problem solver at heart, adept at understanding and deconstructing client challenges and crafting innovative design solutions.

- A team player who thrives in collaborative settings, eager to work alongside colleagues from various disciplines to achieve a common goal.

- An excellent communicator, capable of articulating design concepts clearly to both clients and team members.

- Proficient in the latest design tools and technologies, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.

- Expertise in user experience and interaction design

- Exceptional design talents with stylistic breadth that demonstrates sensitivity to diverse subject matter

- Self-motivation, excellent communication, an open mind, the ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams, and the skills to balance great design with expedited deadlines
