Join our client's dynamic marketing agency as a Senior Design Production/Project Manager. We specialise in delivering high-quality design solutions for major retailers, and we're seeking a talented individual to oversee and coordinate our design projects with precision and creativity.

As the Senior Design Production/Project Manager , you'll play a pivotal role in directing and coordinating all aspects of design production projects. From overseeing high-volume adaptations to leading the art direction, your expertise will ensure that projects are delivered on time and meet the highest quality standards. This is a hybrid position based in Bogotá, offering a fast-paced environment where adaptability and innovation are highly valued.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning & Execution

• Develop comprehensive plans for design projects, including timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  
• Utilize appropriate tools and technologies to optimize productivity and efficiency
  
• Lead the art direction and execution of projects to ensure creative excellence
  

Team Coordination

• Proactively address challenges and assist with problem-solving to keep projects on track
  
• Effectively allocate tasks to team members based on their skills and availability
  

Resource Management

• Allocate resources effectively to meet project requirements and deadlines
  
• Implement rigorous quality control measures to maintain design standards
  
• Identify potential project risks and develop proactive strategies to mitigate and resolve issues.
  
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure project success.
  

Reporting

• Provide regular progress reports to stakeholders and management to keep them informed of project status
  

Requirements

Experience

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in design production and project management
  

Language Skills

• Proficiency in English is essential
  

Skills

• Strong project management skills with a focus on design production
  
• Experience managing high-volume production projects
  
• Flexibility to work varied hours to meet project deadlines
  
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes seamlessly
