Position: E-Commerce Manager

Working Hours: 9am-5pm EST

Salary Range: $1,500-$3,000 USD/per month

Support Shepherd, a headhunter agency for finding top overseas talent for our clients, is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented E-Commerce Manager to join our Client's team. The E-Commerce Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of the online retail business by effectively managing all aspects of the eCommerce operation, from website management and digital marketing to customer experience and business strategy.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Order Fulfillment Assistance: Your primary responsibility entails aiding in order fulfillment processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing and shipment of orders.
• Customer Service Support: You will be required to provide excellent customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This includes handling phone calls and addressing simple questions efficiently.
• Website Maintenance and Support: As needed, you will assist in maintaining and updating our website. This may involve content management, product uploads, and ensuring the website's functionality.

• 3+ years of experience as Ecommerce Manager, Assistant or any similar role.
• Previous experience in customer service is required.
• Proficiency in the English language.
• Shopify experience is nice to have.
