Solutions Architect

Building relationships across the architectural community is key to allow you to participate in defining and implementing technical strategies.

Other key responsibilities include:

• Design technical solutions that will deliver the desired outcomes and match the infrastructure service to the business activities, processes, people, and physical environment.
• Mentor employees within the technology group(s), offering guidance and sharing technical knowledge
• Act as a focal point for resolution of escalated global service & performance issues
• Lead, manage and develop strategic relationships, service, quality, and costs with services vendors in collaboration with the Global Vendor Management team
• Develop / improve regional standards, frameworks & models to support service excellence and ensure adherence to global strategy
• Thought leadership for the post sales engineering team with an emphasis on advanced technical design solutions
• Travel onsite as needed

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science or related field
• 8+ years of related work experience
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned
• Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
• Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of position
