Responsibilities

Sales Strategy Development

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with clinic objectives and market demands.
  • Identify target markets, assess competition, and create action plans to achieve sales targets.

Team Leadership

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing sales team.
  • Provide guidance, coaching, and training to maximize their performance and align with organizational goals.

Client Relationship Management

  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
  • Actively seek new business opportunities and address key accounts' needs promptly.
Market Analysis:

Revenue Generation:
