Help us shape the future.A Day in the LifeResponsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned. Contract administration for U.S Cardiovascular Contracting. This includes price requests, reporting, price loads, customer price files, price quotes, system maintenance, and new product launch paperwork.Process order quotations and purchases in a timely manner in accordance with Medtronic pricing and contracting policies.Execute new and ongoing price increase programs through support of contract creation, tracking of requests, and execution of completed contracts.Support sales and rebates teams in customer compliance/performance tracking and payment method (EFT) forms and coordination.Support process improvement and quality initiatives, including related paperwork, tracking, and reporting. Responsible for generating reports using templates and the consolidation of data from various sources.Work directly with U.S. based Contract Analysts and Field Sales Organization. Ability to manage projects, with direction, to help meet organizational objectives. Engage in special projects as assigned. High school degree.Fluent in English.1 or 2 years’ work experience with data processing, data entry, customer service, logistics, accounts payable or related areas to back office.Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal) with key business partners to answer questions and resolve issues according to department protocols and requirements.Excellent critical thinking skills. Ability to work in fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.Solid business acumen. Exercises independent judgment and discretion.Proficiency with MS office (Outlook, ExcMust Have: Minimum Requirements el, Word, PowerPoint, etc.).Familiarity with data analysis concepts.Team player.Self-motivated and goal oriented.Demonstrated ability to collaborate within a changing team environment. Nice to Have Bachelor’s degree.1+ years’ work experience in pricing strategy/negotiation, contract administration, or financial analysis.Medical device industry experience.High proficiency with Excel spreadsheets, Vendavo, Business Objects, and SAP.Experience creating Excel documents, including spreadsheets, formulas, charts, graphs, and functions.Sound analytical skills, ability to manipulate and interpret data.Proven ability to produce consistent, detail-oriented, quality work.Experience working with technical information.Strong relationship building, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated critical thinking, conflict resolution, and independent working skills.
